I’m Michael Ngangom, an Operations and Technology Leader specialising in incident management, monitoring, implementation and regulatory compliance in fintech.
My perspective
I build and run mission-critical systems in regulated financial services.
Across 14+ years, I have moved from SAP software engineering and enterprise technical support into payment implementation, core banking onboarding and production operations leadership.
At EPI/Wero, I own incident management, DORA-aligned regulatory reporting, SLO frameworks and AIOps deployment for a pan-European SEPA Instant payment scheme. Previously, I led SWIFT and Broadridge settlement support at Booking.com and built Mambu’s Integration Delivery team from zero to 20+ FTEs across EMEA, while supporting APAC and AMER.
